Anne Anthony
Anne Anthony is a writer and photographer living in North Carolina whose prose, poetry, and photographs have been published in Poetry South, Crack the Spine, Dead Mule School for Southern Literature, Literary Orphans, North Carolina Literary Review and elsewhere. In 2017, she performed in the farewell Raleigh-Durham show Listen to Your Mother in which she read her essay, In My Bones. She also served as a judge in the Lune Sparks Young Writers Short Story contest. Anne is a member of the North Carolina Writers’ Network and the International Women's Writers Guild. She earned a Bachelors of Arts in English from New York University, a Masters in Social Work from the University of Maryland at Baltimore, and a Masters in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon University. Cathleen O'ConnorCathleen O’Connor PhD is a writer, workshop leader, intuitive, and writing coach who helps other writers get their work out into the world. Her articles have been published in Canada’s ALIVE magazine and Australia’s THE SPHERE. She has been featured on ABC News in Green Bay, WI, and quoted in the HUFFINGTON POST. She is a regular columnist for the numerologist.com blog in the personal growth section. Cathleen teaches workshops including creative writing, the narrative arc in fiction, the power of a fiction first chapter, and how to create a successful anthology. Her services for other writers include developmental editing, copy-editing, book layout, marketing and launch planning and self-publishing assistance. Her ongoing coaching is designed to keep writers on track with their goals. Her notable publications include The Everything Law of Attraction Dream Dictionary (Adams Media, 2010). The rights to her 2014 anthology, 365 Days of Angel Prayers were sold in 2016. Cathleen has a doctorate in metaphysical counseling and is on the Board of Directors of the International Women’s Writing Guild (IWWG), an organization committed to empowering women writers with innovative and diverse professional resources, mentoring, and support.
